The Stassen produce exports division was initiated in 1982. Today, three decades into our operations, we are strategically positioned to export produce of the very best quality. Our product line includes a highly successful range of desiccated coconut, whole fresh coconuts, Virgin Coconut oil, spices and Coir Fibre Pith.
Desiccated Coconut
As one of the leading exporters of desiccated coconut in Sri Lanka, we are positioned to supply both our own brand of desiccated coconut, as well as undertake to supply buyer’s brand in bulk or consumer packs. We offer fine, medium, chip and toasted chip grades of high-fat quality; and a fine grade of low-fat quality.
Virgin Coconut Oil
We commenced exporting Virgin Coconut Oil in 2016, processed under strict hygienic conditions. We supply virgin coconut oil in bulk as well as consumer packs.
Spices
Sri Lanka is an island renowned for its spices, and true to form yields the best spice offerings with a distinctive taste. At Stassen, we export worldwide an unparalleled range consisting of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper and cardamom, adhering to rigid quality controls in order to maintain quality and freshness. International export standards are maintained, and bulk/consumer packs are available under the buyer’s brand or under Stassen Brand.
Coir Fibre Pith (Coco Peat)
Recognised in the international market place for our high quality and superior growing media, we have garnered a popular following among professional growers and greenhouse farmers. Our products include compressed briquettes and hydroponic mats of Coir Fibre Pith, made devoid of any additives or bonding agents. Under the aegis of Ceylon Garden Coir (Pvt) Ltd, our coir fibre pith is manufactured and exported to countries such as Japan, Australia, Germany, England and South Korea.
