Stassen respects international instruments (ILO Conventions on Child Labour, Social Security and Minimum Wage Fixation etc.) that are related to SA8000 and complies with national laws, other applicable laws and the requirements to which the organisation subscribes.
Changes in legislation, in company’s own code-of-conduct requirements and any other company requirement, are considered during the policy reviewing process for continual improvement.
Our management is committed to seeing whether the policy is effectively documented, implemented, maintained, communicated and made accessible in a comprehensible form to all personnel including management and staff, contracted employees and employees those who are representing the company.
