The rapid rise of Stassen from
1977 until today has largely been due to sharp business acumen,
calculated risks, and a dedicated and committed staff. Since
the group follows a policy of training and promoting existing
able employees, it is manned by long-term employees who have
grown with the organisation. The group offers its employees
plenty of opportunities to further their technical training
and personal goals, with training workshops and seminars within
Sri Lanka and abroad.
The senior management follows an open door policy, where employees
can have direct rapport with managers. As a result of this open
communication among all hierarchies of the company, job satisfaction
and loyalty to the company is established.
